Plus One Run

Had a sushi lunch with my girlfriend Annie the other day. She mentioned she was starting a blog about running. She told me her idea and I thought it was wonderful! Basically each week she runs with a new person. Kind of social networking meets exercise meets Annie's biting humor. I don't think very many people follow my blog but for those who do you should check her out. I think her humor and social insight will win you over like it did me years ago!
